Shipping policy

The shipping price is the price shown at checkout, in US dollars. The rates below are the rates set in the store. Questions about shipping go to info@bondkor.com.
1. Where we ship
We ship to Hong Kong, and to Australia, Austria, Belgium, Canada, the Czech Republic, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Ireland, Israel, Italy, Japan, Malaysia, the Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Singapore, South Korea, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, the United Arab Emirates, the United Kingdom, and the United States. We do not ship to an address outside this list.
2. Hong Kong
Checkout offers two choices for a Hong Kong address:
- 標準, set at HK$26
- 快遞, set at HK$78
3. Other countries
Checkout offers two choices for the countries in section 1, other than Hong Kong:
- Standard, set at HK$11.99
- Expedited, set at HK$23.99
Checkout shows these rates in US dollars.
4. Delivery date
This policy does not promise a delivery date. The method you choose is the method shown at checkout for your address.
5. Returns
Shipping fees and express-delivery charges are not refunded. After a return is approved, we send a return shipping label. The details are in the Return & Exchange Policy.
